I really like the effort you're putting into an old game, but I have a suggestion. Since there is the total update in works for 07, how about one for 05? Not meaning making everything from scratch, but rather implement used patches like the compatibility thread.

I would very much be in favor of a big mod like that because I myself can't and am too lazy to find enough patches to keep the game fresh. If we put our heads together for a short period, we could bundle together the courts from 07, new rosters if anyone has made them and maybe a couple of jerseys and the big shoe patch (I don't remember whose it is, I have it on my hd). Maybe I could make a few cyberfaces but I don't think it's necessary for a bigger update.

Btw, is it possible to make a sweat patch for 05?

I don't know. You could try the one from 06 and see if that works. I wouldn't know if that works though becasue my computer doesn't support lighting.

As for SUM for 2005, I'm all for it. I have Frenchy's latest roster from August 12th I think. Someone good with ratings could do that. I could make portraits maybe. If you could make cyberfaces that would be nice. You might even be able to convert them from 06 to 2005 like Flite_23 and I did for the 2006 NBA Draft. I'm not quite sure about converting the cyberfaces from 07. JaoSming or I could convert courts. If we get someone to do the roster then we will be set.

also, when in live 2005, in the opitons menu for details i think, if the lighting option is not available, then that means that your PC does not support lighting right?

hmm , the ball.fsh in 2005 its WAY different than 06 / 07 ones ... i mean its made for the old desing , because the picture its just 1/2 of ball.
