unable to install

i Bought the game and it stops on 42% while installing it, Do you guys have any ideas of why it may be so, my PC is newer than the game so its nothing with the requirements.:/

There's likely a problem with the disc.

There is probably a damaged file on the disk,so it can't install.Just take the disk back to the store and replace it with a new one.
