Updated rosters without rating updates

I looked for roster updates from NLSC and other friendly web sites but none of them released a roster update, which is up to date WITHOUT ratings update.

I wanted to adjust player skill ratings manually to have more realistic, not by the updater of the roster... thnx.

Updating the ratings has become a big part of the roster updates. Any changes are done for the sake of realism.
