Throw-in at halfcourt line after time-out

And yet another thing.

Quite simple question this time: I see the CPU taking time-outs right after I scored, and when the game continues, they throw in the ball at the halfcourt line, not under their basket like my team does when I do the same.

I wanna do that, too! How can I?
