I prefer man-to-man D. I generally just defend the point guard bringing the ball up and man-to-man in the frontcourt, though down the stretch of close games I'll go to the full court press more often.

Well as another post here said before that my raptors are better off using a 2-3 zone as a defensive play set. Most of the time I do use that, but it really all comes down to the team you're playing against. If it's a bump and grind type of team that gets alot of their scores down low like the pistons, then a zone defence can work.

But if it's a run and gun type of team like the sonics with ray allen and rashard lewis then a good man to man defense can really help if unless you want to see how it rains three balls seattle style :P
