I thought of making a poll, but whatever...
I think that the best way of using them is on Scouting Rookies, but only use them when you know approximatedly (around early March) what pick you'll have. you shouldn't spend more than 1500 points in this fashion (10 rookies tops).
Training Sessions are quite useful but expensive, at 2500 per session you can polish your team's mistakes. Advice, use only when you notice that your team is failing on something. Always use Team Sessions, never individual.
Dynasty extras I find them to be useless, only use them if you have a great profit from last year (like 7200 or best if 10000), useful ones, Team Plane, Dressing Room, but at 10000 are very hard to obtain, these are the only ones that'll help your team truly. Defense Coach (the one that makes you steal more) is quite useful, if you want you can use it for 5 or 10 games, but that's not reccommended.
