Throwing it off the backboard during regular games???

I know your able to throw a pass of the backboard during the All Star Game in AllStar Weekend mode. But is it possible to do it in regular exhibition games? Can it be done through some sort of dbf editing? If its in the game why not make it available in every mode...Is this possible can anyone possibly do this?
