SAG375 jersey templates

Fri Aug 19, 2005 6:12 am

can anyone tell me how to use SAG375's jersey templates? they're .png files so they have one layer, and if you try to change the colour you basically erase the template in favour of the colour. also, how do you use the 'sleeves and collar' template?

It's simple to use it, and to change the color you have only to go to Layer>New Adjustment Layer>Hue & Saturation, click OK, (be sure that the color little square is enabled), then change the Hue and the Saturation and find the color you want. (NOTE: I don't know if this works with other versions of Photoshop, I have Photoshop Elements 2.0)
If you have Photoshop Elements there's a Color Variation button, just click there and find the color you want.
You can also change the color of the jersey with EA Graph, just hit the Colorizer button. I don't know what you exactly mean with "how do you use the 'sleeves and collar' template".
Besides, which template are you using if you're not using SAG375's? Frann's?

i'm using bassman58's template, but it's a paint shop pro file, so it 's not compressed to one layer, and i can change the layers separately. i also have photoshop cs2, so i'll try what you've said. maybe SAG375 has the answer to my other question . . .

EDIT: i've tried, but i can't seem to understand what you mean. the way you describe doesn't change the colour for me, so maybe i'm doing it wrong. the best way i've found so far to change the colour is to create a new layer, colour it, and set it to multiply.
