Should I do these trades??!!!! Please answer ASAP!!!

Ok i ned to know quick about these trades::

Does anyone think I should do these trades I am currently 19.49Mil over the cap

Heat Send :: Shaq, Damon Jones, and Dorrell Wright
Warriors Send :: Jason Richardson, Baron Davis, and Adonion Foyle

Now I am 12.55Mil over the cap

and this trade

James Posey for Earl Watson
Now I am 8.74Mil over the cap

So I went from 19.49 Mil over down to only 8.74Mil over.
This is Shaqs last contract year, and I plan on NOT re-signing him. please tell me what I should do asap!!!

good exept take out shaq and the other center

try to get like yao or somthing for shaq sounds fair

Erm, if its Shaq's lat year (hes on like $30mil or something?) he'll resign for 13mil and then you can trade him for younger players who will also have just signed their first BIG deal (Amare Stoudamire, Yao Ming)

bad idea, now you have wade, davis, and richarson? I'd say you got somebody playing out of position on that one. While it can be done, i'd try and get someone else for shaq, richarson or davis, not both, you are lucky to have wade though, who is just as good at pg as sg. It also depends if you're playing with updated rosters, do you have antoine walker and jason williams and james posey as well? If thats true, then thats definitely a poor trade. i think trading shaq and the others for amare and yao would be good, if its possible, cuz then you got a good pf and c. Try and get a Young PF/C because the heat have old centers, nothing to start a dynasty with, except shaq.

if you don't plan on re-signing Shaq then it seems like an alright deal....although you'll have a logjam in the backcourt and will be weak up front....as impose said, you could always re-sign him and the deal him away....other than that I like both the trades, especially the Posey one....

Aright thanks for all the help guys. I didnt do the trade. I only traded Posey for Watson to free up space. Ill probally resign SHaq, trade him for either Amare or someone good like him. Thanks guys.
