Kyle Kover - 3 Pointers

I'm having an issue with Kyle Kover. All his ratings are fine. But something is affecting his shoot selection.
But when I'm using him in a Dynasty he doesn't shoot 3's in Sim'ed games. And when he does he's either 0-1 or 0-2. Coming off the bench he regularly goes 6-7 or 5-6 from 2. Is there something in his ratings that is affecting this? In the 2nd(when I signed him) to 5th season his 3pt rating has bounced between 92-96. So there is no decline.

You should change Kyle Korvers' THREEPTATT in dbf editor from 1 to 70
otherwise he won't attempt much 3pointers if you simulate.

That is a change I forgot to make in v1.16; added it to the list for v1.17.
