How to make it harder in the low post?

As some of you may know, I am having some trouble with my dynasty. Not the dynasty really, but I can dominate low post WAY too easily.

Any suggestions and tips appreciated. I play superstar level with the latest sliders (with 1.15 rosters) I have made just a little more difficult.

Sure, you can make it hard as hell but it will affect my outside play too.

I'd reduce the short range, layup and dunk user sliders.

someone suggested to raise the "dunk/layup block ability" to 30. haven't tried it, but it seems to makes sense...

then again, that might make cpu blocks unrealistically high...

I doubt it's a good idea to raise the dunk/layup block ability. You see...

...what I did was increase physical on-ball defence to around 47. Now THAT'S what I needed. It also improves the CPU blocking and they're already blocking lots and lots of shots, a bit too much but it's challenging.

I switched dunk vs. layup to 25 so my guys are not dunking all over the place. Adjusted shot is also around 45 instead of 50 so the ball won't always rattle in.
