PLEASE I NEED HELP WITH HEADSHAPE

I need some suggestions on whose headshape give to James Lafferty (CF made by courtney)...Can any1 help me?? I tried Andris Biedrins but it didn't work.

speaking of headshapes, i tried making a custom player and used cherokee parks' fsh file. the face worked out great but the hair didn't. my patch's hair looked like it got soaked in the water, and not like cherokee's long locks. i tried editing the appearance.dbf, changed the hairstyle to "1" (which is the same with parks' dbf), but still nothing happened. why is this? and how can i solve this?
