How to increase the amount of free agents in the dynasty?

When I start a dynasty, there are only 50 free agents in the FA-pool.
Only the "better" ones. Now, we are still in the offseason (real NBA) so I have about 200 free agents.
And if I start a dynasty, only the 50 best ones are in, and most of the teams cannot afford them because these free agents want more than the minimum.
So, I wanna have more free agents in my dynasty. Does anyone know how to increase the amount of free agents?

I don't think it's possible, cause you would have to deal with the game code itself, which can not be changed as far as I know. However, some guy here may know a way.
