New jerseys on consoles?

Can some one please tell me if yo can make a new jersey on a console version of NBA Live 05 and just not on the PC version? If you can, please give me a tutorial.

I don't think it can be done, it's certainly impossible on the PS2 version. I've heard you can modify some files if you have a modded Xbox but I was under the impression we can't open the Xbox version's files with the editors at our disposal.
