Custom Plays ?

Is there anyway to make custom plays ? I would really like for my team to be better suited to me, rather than just what they wanna do. I mean, sometimes i throw up a 3 with KG because he is standing on the 3 pt line, and Yao and Sheed aren't anywhere near the bastket.
