Help with a dynasty.

First of all, Hey everybody, Im new to the forum, but been playing NBA Live for forever. I have a few questions.

Ok, I have NBA Live on X-Box, so there is no way for me to get rookies, right? I have Xbox Live so I get roster updates but none with rookies..

Also, the only way to post pictures of your gameplay is if you have it on PC right?

Lastly, I need help on deciding a team to start a new dynasty with. Any suggestions? (keep in mind, my rosters are the playoff rosters.)

How about the sonics they are a young and upcoming team, or the nuggets.
