Rebounds and Opponents scoring

Hey guys,
My biggest problem with every dynasty has always been rebounds and allowing the other team to get a respectable score. I play starter because i get frustrated easily with the allstar and superstar which is a pity, which is probably why the computer doesn't score much but why would I not be getting rebounds? I can work on getting two guys 1 say 10 - 15 and the other 8 - 10 but no one else will get above 3. It baffles me because I read these dynasty's and all the rebounding and opponents scores are normal. What can I do to get it a little more realistic without making it frustrating with my teams shooting? Especially Rebounds.

It depends i guess, if there SF is shooting alot from the perimiter then your sf isnt gonna get many boards, the guards usually start to leak out or box out on the wings so CPU controlled guards and SF's wont rebound a great deal.
If you play defence like i do and switch to the player defending the ball or use the PG to hassle and double team then you can control the smaller players and get them contesting the boards.
