Somebody made him for the McDonalds team but didn't release it. I tried to contact him by PM but he hasn't replied.

More information on him:
Amir Johnson is an All-American who got more publicity in the McDonalds All-American Dunk Contest by dunking from the free throw line as a 6'9" power forward. He also showed flashes as a huge potential shot blocker in the game. He was drafted in the second round by the Pistons and is participating in the Summer League. His best game was last night scoring 10 in a win over the LA Clippers.

I have a mix made by BBV including highlights of the McDonalds All-American Dunk contest. Including dunks by Gerald Green, Josh McRoberts, Julian Wright and Amir Johnson.
