When will i take over a another team?

Hi!
I got some questions:
When will i take over a another team? I remeber when I was playing nba live 04 I got to take over another team after a couple of season. Will that happend to me in 05 to? Can I get back to my old team?
Can I trade to get draft picks?
My games is played in 5 minutes quartes. How many should the other teams in the dynasty play?
When the season is done and I remove some from my roster do I still have to pay them even if they got x yeas of they contract left?

1. You will take over a team if you perform horrible or great.
2. You can get back to your old team with dbf editing
3.Yes You can but is extremly hard
4.The Same as you set.
5. If there contract did not expire you still have to pay them full pay

I didn't know that you took over teams if you performed horribly. I thought that you were just removed from the league and your dynasty was over. I guess I have never performed badly ( 
) so I haven't had that situation.

When you win 2 straight championship with your team, you will be offered to take over a team among the bottom 5.

When you win 2 straight championship with your team, you will be offered to take over a team among the bottom 5.
You will be offered to take over another team as soon as your GM-rating reaches 100.
If you have 100 you will get offers every offseason.
