I couldnt find them on the Lakers roster, and since the Lakers drafted them....

Not all the rookies are on their respective teams yet because there isn't enough roster space. You can find them in the free agent pool and add them there for now.

Yes, all 60 draftees are in the update. As Flasher mentioned, some remain in the free agent pool as NBA Live 2005 doesn't support more than 15 players on team rosters.
