adding cyberfaces...

I've downloaded some rookie cyberface patches and I've been trying to install them to my created player. It works but I've encountered a major problem- I can't edit the players in the game! When I try to edit them it just freezes up, but if I play a game with them eveyrthing is just fine. Anyone know how to fix this?
