Salary cap changes in new collective bargaining agreement

Now that it's going to be around $48 mil for 2005-06, how do we reflect that change in our dynasties? I'm hoping it's a dbf change and not a hex editing change...

In previous years you could change an .ini file, this year I believe it's through hex editing. It's certainly not a dbf change.
