education on how to make faces?

what do i need to start making faces? specifically what tools do i need to download? and if someone would be so kind... give me some directions to start me off..

my goal is to make all nc state players faces for the ncaa mod/and some other ncaa players faces..

you need these following softwares:

adobe photoshop (or similar photo editing software)
eagraph (for extracting and importing ea files)
fshx (for opening fsh files)
bigGui (for opening .big files)
DB Commander Pro (or similar dbf editing software) (this is for editing dbf files)
FxEdit (for .ebo files)
