Help!

I have a CAVS dynasty, and my problem is that whenever i drive in with James, either Howard or Jefferson or both are around the 3-point line and they suck at shooting from out there. Is there a way to make them stay near the key so when i drive with James and the help comes, i can kick it to howard and Jefferson for easy dunks or shots?[

What is your offensive strategy set to?

Dynamic. It was the default. What should I change it to?
