Help needed!

I already have coached Phily and La but now I coach the Hawks.
My team is doing great but I win everytime by 2 or 3 points.
I need some help, because I don't have a good PG. (now, josh smith is my PG.) ( Maybe somebody with a good 3-point rating! That would be perfect!!)

It's hard to give advice if you're that far into the game because you'll have generated players and original players will have developed and declined - or even retired. Your best bet is to go through other team's rosters and look for a suitable player, then try to work out a trade.
