gary payton is averaging 1.1 steals per game and u gave him a 90 steal rating... sorry it just bothers me.

I believe that's his default rating (or close to it). I agree that it should be lowered, but not too much. His reduced minutes contribute to his lower numbers across the board, it's not as though he's forgotten how to play basketball.
