thats a pretty big request...i would recomment you finding photos that can be used to makes the faces and portraits, you find those, someone will be a lot more motivated to make this

Ya know, with the lack of resources you have given to patchers to make this, I would just recommend you just use the '96 bulls patch and consider that good enough. but thats just me
