So I started a franchise with the Bobcats and reorganized the entire team (I know that the Bobcats are already a rebuilding franchise)

So my team consists of:

B.Outlaw

T.Hill
K.Ollie
J.Davis

I simulated an entire season with this scrub team, hoping to get a high draft pick but somehow they won 51 games!?!?! The team was rated 58 overall and managed to be a 3rd seed. Does the game include team chemistry or players working hard and hustling?

Nope. The simulation engine just needs to be improved to prevent teams like that from winning too many games. It has happened to me, too. On the other hand, I once won only about 20 games with the SPURS!!! You see, it works the other way round as well... If you want an outstanding team record, go for the Grizzlies.
