is there a .txt file available with updated player ratings?

hello. i just purchased live05 and i was wondering, is there a text file available with all of the updated player ratings? i can't stand the fact that my Bulls, who kicked ass this year, are still a scrub team on the game. i would just import the new rosters but i can't load them from my USB storage device.... is the Maxdrive the only way to do this? any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks!

As far as I'm aware, no one's compiled a file that lists mass player edits.
