CAll me downright stupid, but I have no clue how to do an intentional foul and have already lost one game because of that when the seconds where winding down. I hope you can help me.

This one's been answered a lot before, but it's a quick answer: tap the Playcalling button on defense. Check your controller configuration to see which button/key the Playcalling function has been assigned to.
