Ihavent bought nba live 2005 yet. i have recieved a 60 gift certificarte. i was planning to get live 05 but i have been hesitant hearing that live 06 is coming out soon. dont say that i should buy boith because i am a kid, and dont want to use my money too fast

Live 06 won't exactly be out soon; it's some time in October.
I guess you should just follow your instinct... If you don't care too much for the game (from what you've seen and maybe heard), I suppose it would be best if you saved them.
Personally I think the game is the best in the Live series so far though.

If you can get NBA Live 2005 cheaply you might want to invest in it if you're keen to play NBA Live up until the release of NBA Live 2006 (which as Andreas pointed out is still some time away). You could always rent NBA Live 2005 first to see if you like it enough to buy it.

Hi all. Here in Spain there are shops where people can buy games used, cheaper than new. I bought it new for around 50 euros, and i saw it in this shop for 20 euros just the other day... If not, as Andrew said, you could rent it and see if you like.

Not my favourtie game, 05 was good, but players look wierd without Lighting, and my stupid VID Card cant enable that option. My opinion buy the game, eventhough it has some faults.

nba live 2005 has the best gameplay in years.....for the series......i think its worth it.....since 2006 wont be out till october/november
