Do the power post up move? It makes the person with the ball drive their shoulder into the defenders body, causing the defender to fall back. Sometimes the referee might call a foul on this post move.

Anyone know how to do it? The CPU does it on me alot during the game.

Yeah, just use the pro-hop button (but without moving in any direction).
