Wrong Heights

In my Season, I have horribly inaccurate heights. Nate Robinson is 7 ft tall and AI is 6'5" (Just imagine if he was......). Anyway, I checked the apperance file and it was correct. I even deleted it (saved a copy b4) and the game still loaded with the incorrect heights. Someone PLEASE HELP!
