Sim Engine File

Hey I was wondering if anybody has tried editing the Sim Engine file??

Ive had a look at it but I find it quite hard to understand, but I sorta get the picture that we could change how some of the simmed stats come out.

I'm quite keen to figure this out as IMO the leagure leaders in points are a little too low.

Any Ideas??
