I believe the User Substitution slider is actually set to 0 by default, but if not, slide it back to 0. Note that autosubs will still take place if one of your players fouls out or is injured.

Can anyone tell how to adjust fatigue slider and user substitution slider? How to make substitutions realistic? I want that every player in my team plays the same number of minutes as the any player in some other cpu controlled team.

if u like the way the computer subs work, then go to user settings and put ur subsitution slider exactly the same as the cpu's.

Your roster order effects how long your subs play. #6 plays a lot of minutes, #7 plays a little less, etc. #10-14 hardly play at all, which is realistic since most teams don't go more than an 8 man rotation except for a handfull (bulls, memphis).

So try to put your best 6th man in the #6 spot, and try to make sure his position doesn't limit minutes for your best starter. So if you're on Philly, it's not good to have your best sub be a PG.
