ASG during season... (Dynasty)

Has anyone noticed that in the Dynasty mode, you can't throw yourself oops in the ASG? That's a huge glitch that EA should've caught... IT got me really mad... I wanted to get on the break and throw my created player his own oops all day only to find out that I can't because they scewed up at EA...

You can throw them in the rookie challenge

No you can't; I just played the Rookie Challenge in Dynasty Mode and tried it, it entered Off-Ball Mode.

I think that all got discussed prior to when the game was released....because lobbing the ball to yourself is an arcade aspect to the game and dynasty has simulation settings, the ASG and Rookie Game are played in dynasty settings and not the arcadish style of the All-Star Game

You can only do it in the normal game mode of all-star weekend, not the dynasty one, I believe.

Yea, that's what I'm saying. And to whoever said that whole Arcade thing... It happens in 'real-life' almost every year... Come on eA! ALLOW IT IN '06! ALong wiht create a team, better create-a-player options, better music, etc.

Agreed, throwing the ball off the backboard should be allowed in Dynasty Mode though not at the expense of Off-Ball control. However, I'd prefer the All-Star Weekend to remain realistic in Dynasty Mode with the games affected by your slider settings (so players actually sub in and out).
