new Conference Finals logos patch

Does anyone know where I can find the new Conference Finals court logos patch for NBA Live 2005? —if they exist. The Conference Finals logos included in NBA Live 2005 are the ones of the 2002-2003 season, which is no good. I know of a patch to put the logos of the 2004 Conference Finals in NBA Live 2004, but not in NBA Live 2005.

If you don't know a Conference Finals logos patch prepared for NBA Live 2005, could you tell me if I can apply to NBA Live 2005 the patch for NBA Live 2004 that I mentioned in the previous post? The link for such patch is the following:

Once here, you have to click "download" where it says "Conference Finals Court Logos". If you know what I have to do with these files to apply them to NBA Live 2005, please tell me. Thanks again

I have got news from KD that the 2004 Conference Finals logos patch that I mentioned in my previous posts is not available for NBA Live 2005.

So once I know that patch from nba.org does not work, my new request is: can anyone make for me a patch with the 2004 NBA Conference Finals logos? I know that the 2005 Conf Finals are about to come, but I really like the 2004 Conference Finals logos. So could anyone prepare a patch for me?

Or maybe could anybody give me instructions to teach me how I can make a patch like this? Pleeease. Thanks in advance
