Help me get the feeling back!

Postby Mentally Hilarious on Tue Apr 19, 2005 11:59 pm

Hallo everyone.

I need desperate help, I've lost the feeling for playing NBA Live with a team, I usually play one or two games, then I exit the dynasty.

I want a carppy team that I can build with, but then again it shouldn't be TOO crappy (aka. Atlanta, Charlotte, New Orleans). A OA rating around or just under 80 is usually my game. But neither of LA Clippers, Cavs, NYK, Milwaukee or Toronto is aspecially fun right now.

Help me or I stare evilishly at you!
EDIT: Forgot to mention that I'd like it to be a big-market team. Dunno why, just seems silly otherwise.

I always have the same Problem!

If i play with a Team like Toronto and got great Players, it doesnt make fun to play in Toronto.....

Something like Building your own selfmade Custom Team would be great...

I'd finf that dull I think, I like the prospect of bringing once-great-now-sucky teams back to glory. Aspecially when it's a big market.

lol NY will be a challenging one. good luck trying getting rid of Houston and Tim Thomas and NY's 50+mil over-cap salary.

Well... As it turns out, NYK can be fun if you just add a touch of un-realism.

Starting 5:

C - K.Thomas
PF - Sweetney
SF - T-Mac
SG - J.R Smith
PG - Bob Sura

Fun to play, but the realism kinda stinks. Oh, and I'm only 17 mil over the cap.

Orlando fits perfectly to your once great now sucky description, you could also try to make up for some of their questionable moves and you have a beast in dwight howard.

Chicago is always fun. They have a bright future that you can mold. :D

I think Charlotte is fun, u start with crappy palyers, only player that is good is Okafor. U play the season with them. U get rid of all unnecessary players and during offseason u get a lot of good players!

Yeah, I'm considering Portland now (my NYK-season went to shit after trying to get the right rookies, never seem to make that work...) but Philly also intrests me.
