PDA problem...can you help...

I'm playing in dynasty mode... then saw this art patch in nbalive.org that replaces the default PDA (I got the HP)... so I downloaded it... then patched my default PDA in-game... it was so nice... then the team owner gave me a new PDA... it replaced the one (the patch) I've downloaded... the team owner now gave me 3 PDA's... which are plain ugly... so I wanted the HP PDA again that I downloaded... I opened up the backgrounds.viv inside the /fe folder... and found out that the game has 4 pda's... the one that I've downloaded only replaced the first PDA... but it did not on the other three... and so I changed the other three too by using the files inside the .big file of the patch that I downloaded (also renamed each file to 2,3,4 inside those .big files)... Now the game crashes to desktop when I open my PDA... bad thing is... I forgot to backup the backgrounds.viv, did I miss something??? Please help...

The Craziest was, i played with dallas and the Team Owner gave me 3 ne pdas in just 1 week

Just restore the original .viv file from your CD.
