How can i edit draft class?

I would like to get a high potential PG in the top 5 but so far ive no luck. Is there a way i can edit the database so that excellent players are in top 5? if so, please explain. Thanks in advance.

u can change the destiny, the positions, scorearea(very important), thats all...
If u repair a player whith lot of good skills, and whant it as PG just change the positions and apparences that done.(he should be in the top 5)

just to do that, no. Edit the dbf's, i know u will like it...

You can completely change the upcoming draft class in dynasty mode. I used it to put in this years upcoming rookies, and it worked fine.

Here's a tutorial (by misow, I think) on how to change the class, using Andrew Bogut as an example. It's in another language, but you can see what he's doing. You might need basic editing knowledge. If you need more help, PM me.



You don't have to start a new dynasty though. Just look at upcoming rookies, find whoever's expected to be drafted at your pick, and edit him via dbf. Name, nickname, skin, height, weight...anything.

So you have to do all the rookies manually? That ...sucks.

My problem is that I put in ...say 86 for Salim Stoudamire for 3pt-shooting, yet when I draft him he has a 26 in the same category. Is that inevitable?

EDIT: Now I'm close to throwing this ... somewhere. 4 tries with editing in the rookies, and CODEBASE ERRORS each and every bloody time.
