Hinrich is a beast!

In my Bulls dynasty, we were playing the NY Knicks in the first round of the playoffs. Hinrich responds with a triple-double.
Heres his line: 42 PTS, 8/17 3PT, 17/28 FG, 11 STL, 15 AST, 3 REB, 1 BLK

AT the end of the 2nd quarter he hit a buzzer beater from under the opponents net. I just launched one up with about 2 seconds left and somehow it rattled the rim and dropped in. My jaw fricken hit the floor it was so intense. Too bad you cant view the replay of the last play of the quarter or i would have saved it.

P.S. He also won the MVP Award and was on 1st Team All NBA, and first Team All-Defensive with 8 steals per game. :D

And he's totally stat padding the guy... Probably doing like 45% of the scoring with him and playing player lock...

If you get 8 steals per game with Hinrich... You gotta take down the stealing slider... Top guys are barely averaging 3 steals per game...

And what difficulty level are you playing? If it ain't with all-star or super-star you shouldn't boast about anyones stats...

When you select Player Lock, you will control one player and not the whole team. So if I just wanted to use JKidd, I'd put the player lock onto PG

Player Lock

Postby ignatu on Thu Mar 31, 2005 5:59 pm

Problem with player lock is nobody else on the team does anything.

Stars in the game, even on the computer team, rarely do anything like make big plays or play aggressively.

I'd love to see someone make a basketball game that ditches all the marketing stuff like the music and licenses, and focuses on game play.

Without NBA license, how much intrest would the public show in NBA Live games?

How many new games you think NBA Live series would sell if the only improvement to the game mentioned on the box would be 'Newly revamped and more aggressive AI'...

The game needs the glitz and glamour of the NBA world to sell as much as it does... And they need to make all sorts of new features to keep us players intrested and attract more fans for the game...

It's a bussiness and the game needs something spectacular to reach out for new fans etc.

NBA Live does improve every time it comes out... There's always a lot of stuff that has changed and improved that are not mentioned anywhere as changes or improvements. The game gradually gets better, but it is not something the marketing guys can use cause there's nothing to show for it and only the veterans, such as me, Andrew etc. Notice the difference...
