Unrealistic Mavs ratings

Why are the Mavs rated a 99??? Is Mark Cuban doing the roster updates??? Last time I checked the standings, the Spurs, Heat, Suns, & Sonics were all better than the Mavs. I'm glad someone is attempting to update the rosters/ratings since EA just sits on their fat lazy butts every year when it comes to the PC version updates, but can we get some ratings based on the real deal?

the mavs are stacked with players, with van horn now on the team and team ratings simply based on player ratings, the mavs team ratings is gonna be a lot higher than their team ability

I've noticed the teams with the best shooting are rated the highest... i.e. Dallas, Sacramento, and Memphis
It has a lot to do with the depth of the team as well, because Phoenix isn't very good outside of their starting 5, so their overall rating isn't as high as it could be, since they shoot the ball well.

It is a problem, but it can't really be fixed without manipulating the individual player ratings, which at the end of the day is just as unrealistic. I usually try to get a good balance but sometime it's difficult without underrating or overrating players.
