stupid blank face/portraits

I wish the game just showed the cyberface as a preview for players who don't have a portrait...like in old versions

I personally like the 2D portraits, as it's a nice throwback to the earlier games. An option to choose between 2D and 3D portraits (NBA Live 99-2001) would be a good compromise.

Yeah, but IMO it would be a lot better if the rookies had their cyberfaces instead of just silhouettes. It's awfully annoying when you have all these blank faces, if you have a lot of rookies it's impossible to recognize who's who without any pictures.

me too. like in other games like madden or espn football. wen i draft a rookie he has a face... it makes me believe that hes real. but wen they hav no face its like they hav no identity at all and makes it feel even more unrealistic and less fun playing with them

micchy_boy did this with the nlsc-ballers in his dynasty... he has the CFs as portraits

The 2d portraits are cool, I wish they could just add in the 3d portrait for guys who don't have a 2d. Practically speaking when I look through the players to edit cyberfaces or whatever, this way I have to go to edit every time just to see what a guy looks like

Well, that's why I'd be in favour of having an option to toggle 2D and 3D portraits as we could in NBA Live 99-2001.

They should let you upload a photo. Or do like they did in GTA or some other game where you can use an image to help create an actual face for character
