Increase game speed

Sup,
I'm playing 5 min. a quater on superstar level and I only get about 60 points. I want to get more like 90. How much should I increase the game speed without messing up the gameplay or the realness of the game?
Sorry if this question was answered. I searched but couldn't find anythink.

I'd up it to about 60 or so. By the way, for future reference please keep all slider questions and discussions in the sticky thread - there's a lot of info there already.
