SAG's Textures And Sleeves Help

Hey,

I am using SAG's textures, and I was wondering how do I do the sleeves. In the zip file with SAG's textures, it has a sleeves file, however, it just does not look right, when I add it to the jersey I am working on.

So any assitance will be much appreciated.
