getting rid of black background on courts

How do I do it. I've heard that saving in PNG after making the back transparent works, but I'm using fshx and eage won't open the fsh file properly. therefore I can only import in bmp and dds!

type in the name of the file with the .png and the file will be uploaded in FshX .
