Customizing Plays/Coaching

I play in Dynasty Mode and want to modify my team so that the play calling and style changes (say to make the team a full-court press team as the default defense). What files do I have to modify to change the default settings? What programs do I need to have to open them?

cant change default...they just have to be changed each time u play...its 1 of the big flaws of the live series

Mmmmm I remember last year you could edit it through the teams.dbf, im not too sure if its still possible this year though
