Primacy keeps reseting to default

I changed the primacy level on all players and have noticed that it keeps reseting to default after awhile. This is the second time that it has done this. Does anyone know why it is doing this? It this a problem because of the new patch released by EA about 4) Fixed issue where the last saved roster was not being saved so that it would load into the game at startup.
