retireing

Can i somehow avoid player retiering and can can i put my retired players back in the team.

Unfortunately not, though if you're playing on the PC you could edit the player's BIRTHDATE info to make him younger...though that would be cheating. I'm pretty sure the game still wipes retired players from the database when you progress to the next season.
