Play By Play

I was wondering is there a stable utility for modifying the play by play in either nba live 2004 pc or nba live 2005 pc

There was a PBP Editor for NBA Live 2003 but no one was able to successfully modify the PBP files. As far as I know, there's no utility compatible with NBA Live 2005 or NBA Live 2004.
